* Receiving and reviewing project requests
* Planning and developing architectural designs
* Creating initial design drafts and submitting the same for approval
* Using 2D and 3D sketching tools for creating project drawings and drafts
* Making adjustments or corrections to the designs as per the client feedback
* Adhering to the design specifications, safety guidelines, industry standards, and government regulations at all times
* Coordinating with the Project Architect to understand all the project requirements and other details
* Conducting in-depth research to identify new architectural trends before designing
* Ensuring that the architectural designs have correct measurements and dimensions mentioned
* Producing CAD drawings and color boards to aid in discussions with the clients
